PEC has a long lasting experience in film and aluminum CTP and PS plates. With the evolution from analogue to digital printing plates, the stacking process has even become more critical than before. For commercial printing, packaging or newspapers the quality demands are always growing, generating need for specific high-quality production equipment. Plates up to thicknesses of as less as 0,13mm are to be stacked at speeds of 130m/min and this into individual bundles or to complete stacks of over 1000kg piled aluminum sheets.

Inspection-systems provide information for high-speed reject mechanisms and reliable plate-tracking-control to assure that 100% checked and approved product is coming to the stack. In these area’s PEC distinguishes itself from its competitors.

State of the art braking mechanism and accurately controlled highspeed width-tappers take care of the impeccable stacking quality and this with production equipment which is easy accessible for maintenance and cleaning. One single lane or more parallel lanes are stacked and separated smoothly to piles or separate bundles.
