For our Budapest office, we are looking for an
OFFICE
COORDINATOR
Main tasks:
- As the first point of contact, you handle telephone calls, internal
and external contacts, messages and requests in a professional way.
- You perform various organisational, administrative and secretarial duties
efficiently.
- You organize business trips, handle travel requests and expense reports.
- You provide active assistance in matters concerning Accountancy, Law
and Human Resources.
Skills needed:
We are looking for a strongly motivated professional who meets the following
requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Higher degree of education, knowledge of accountancy is an advantage
- A mature, service-minded and flexible attitude
- High degree of confidentiality
- Takes initiative and assumes responsibility
