Cell Filling and Finishing Lines for 46XXX Cylindrical Cells

PEC offers systems for large format cylindrical cells (46XXX) as well as 21700 cells. The 46XXX Cells are provided to our lines right after cell assembly, to start the required activation and testing processes.
PEC provides all specific equipment for the handling and processing of the cells, including cell specific pallets. Together they form the Automated Cell Activation and Testing Line.
A typical line for 46XXX cells contains the following modules or units:
• Pallet loading units
• Single Step Rapid Electrolyte Filling units
• Soaking cabinets
• Formation and grading towers
• Degassing and final sealing units
• Ageing (Room and High Temperature)
• Cell sorting units
• Final inspection and packaging
